By using KinyoziPro, you agree to these terms. KinyoziPro provides barbershop management tools, including sales recording, staff and service management, customers, visits and reporting.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Owners control staff access within their business and can remove access when needed.

Your data

You retain ownership of the business information you enter into KinyoziPro. We process it to provide the service and keep it isolated from other businesses. You can manage or remove records within your business through the app.

Acceptable use

• Use KinyoziPro only for lawful barbershop management purposes.
• Do not attempt to access other businesses' data.
• Do not misuse staff or super-admin permissions.

Pilot phase

KinyoziPro is currently offered free during a pilot phase. We may introduce paid plans, subscriptions and payments in the future. We will communicate any material changes to these terms.
