KinyoziPro helps barbershops manage staff, services, customers, visits and sales. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to business owners.

Information you provide

• Business and owner details you enter when registering your barbershop.
• Staff invitations you create to add team members.
• Customer records you choose to add at the counter.
• Visits, services, sales and expenses you record while using the app.

How we use it

• To run the features of the app, such as reports and staff management.
• To authenticate owners and staff and enforce role-based access.
• To keep each business's data isolated from other businesses.

Access and isolation

Owners and staff have different permissions. Staff cannot access owner-only management areas. Each business's information is kept separate from other businesses. Super Admin access, used to operate the platform itself, is separate from normal business user access.
